Ms. ZHOU graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages with bachelor degree of Arts in 2008 and from University of International Business and Economics with master degree of Translation and Interpretation in 2012.

Ms. Qian ZHOU have been practicing in the areas of trademark, copyright, domain name, design, custom enforcement, trade secret, infringement investigation and negotiation on intellectual property disputes for nearly 10 years. She has not only been skillful in trademark prosecution and litigation, such as trademark searches, pre-filing analysis and advice, opposition, cancellation and invalidation proceedings, but also specializing in trademark litigations and combating passing off. She has also accumulated rich experience in solving domain name disputes and managing oversea trademark portfolios for giant clients.

Her working languages are English, Chinese (native), basic German and French.
